If the activist 6 of SCOTUS does not follow the rule of law or even their own prior opinions, then why should we even follow their judgments? Essentially, they are just gerrymandering the law, figuratively and literally, making things up, just to fit the desires of a criminal regime. The MAGA 6 have no respect for the separateness of the three branches of government. Why should we even look at them to be the interpreters of the US Constitution when they are anti-Constitutionists. I am going to suggest something radical, but also common sense. States who abide and respect the US Constitution should disregard opinions by this illegitimate and corrupt court. What are they going to do about it at the state level?: NOTHING, because the SCOTUS does not have the power of law enforcement. They no longer deserve our respect or abeyance.
