I still do not understand the legality of the Supreme courts decision on presidential immunity. The statutes seem very clear, in word and intent, and as far as I can see, SCOTUS is not allowed to create or alter existing constitutional law. That is for Congress alone. This was not an interpretive dance, and there was no misleading language in article 2 about immunity for Congress or the President. Can this be rescinded, as this seems to be a clear breach of the fiduciary responsibility of SCOTUS ?

Thank you for this analysis of the abuse of the pardon power. I really appreciate you highlighting that this must only be used by a president with character. Obviously, that is not remotely true today. In fact, it would be laughable if it weren't so horrific.

SCOTUS. Can we just call them what they are, Trump Court. Like Trump, they have no respect for the Constitution.

SCROTUS. Except for the three responsible ones. They are still SCOTUS.

We have got to find a way to stop a blatantly corrupt and partisan Supreme Court majority - their decisions have allowed the corrupt Trump administration to enact the project 2025 objectives and given immunity to a mob boss president

"What a tangle web that the court does weave when it teaches government how to deceive" Clark Neily, a Constitutional litigator also wrote an excellent article printed on Cato.org about the US Supreme Courts' "Lies, Damn Lies, Rational Review at Sea" dated December 4, 2025. I recommend you pair reading Lisa's excellent essay along with it. As a non-attorney I found Neily's article/blog enlightening as it was very troubling.

John Roberts and his cohorts on the Supreme Court are traitors to the constitution of the United States and against democracy itself. There is something seriously wrong with John Roberts.

Trump stretches our imagination for adjectives. He’s so debase, obtuse, odious and sordid.

Those 10 months above is like what a 10-year-old would do if he was playing a video game, as president of the United States.

Anyone would have to wonder if this 10-year-old hurts animals or even tortures them?

For the past decade, Donald Trump has been looking and has been said to be a sociopath. I’m thinking he is more like a budding psychopath. He’s going to kill as many people as he can.

We’ll be lucky to get out of this alive.

The military should act now.

In the United States, members of the military are sworn to the Constitution, not to a person, political party, or government official.

Support and defend the Constitution of the United States

Against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

they have stood by long enough. He has called them stupid, claiming he is smarter than them. He rounded them up from all over the world to tell them they didn’t know how to be men.

It’s time for them to Show him who are the men. And show us they’re willing to do their sworn duty. “Against all enemies, Foreign and domestic.”

It’ll be interesting to (hopefully) find out if Roberts shows up in the Epstein information. And Thomas and the others who have clearly been extorted or purchased. It’s the only explanation I can fathom as to why Justice Roberts would throw his legacy and reputation away like this.
